Biography

Professor Wale Sulaiman is a globally renowned Nigerian neurosurgeon, healthcare executive, philanthropist, and public servant. Born on Lagos Island to parents from Ajase-Ipo in Irepodun LGA of Kwara State, he has built an international medical career spanning North America and Africa. Widely respected for his expertise in neurosurgery and spine surgery, he is known for pioneering minimally invasive brain and spine procedures and for championing healthcare development initiatives in Nigeria.

He is the Founder and Chairman of RNZ Global and the RNZ Foundation, through which he has provided advanced neurosurgical care, medical outreach, training, and healthcare capacity building across Nigeria. His leadership blends global medical excellence with grassroots community impact.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and contributed to global neurosurgical research and education.

Through RNZ Global, he has facilitated medical missions to Nigeria, performed life-saving surgeries, donated medical equipment, and supported the training of Nigerian doctors abroad.
