Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya is a Nigerian politician, entrepreneur, renewable energy specialist, and international development practitioner. Born into the prominent Shagaya family — known for business, philanthropy, and community service. He blends youthful energy, international exposure, and private-sector experience with a strong commitment to education, healthcare, and grassroots development in Kwara State.
