Biography

Abdulquawiy Abdulganiyu Olododo is a Nigerian politician, engineer, and agribusiness entrepreneur from the prominent Olododo family in Ilorin. He has risen rapidly in public service under Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration, combining technical expertise in engineering with practical experience in agriculture and governance.

Professional Career

Olododo is a passionate agribusiness entrepreneur. In 2015, he served as Assistant Operations Manager at LMK Farms, contributing to large-scale plantation projects. In 2017, he participated in a youth farm initiative with the Dangote Group. He co-founded Heart & Capital Nigeria Limited (H&C), where he serves as President/Co-founder and has driven initiatives in professional farm management, agribusiness consultancy, youth capacity building, food processing, and input supply. He also launched a digital investment platform under the company to create jobs and support young African agricultural entrepreneurs. His work in the sector earned him the Under 30 CEO’s Award as the most enterprising entrepreneur in the Agric Sector by CEO’s Network Africa in 2019. He is sometimes referred to as a UN Peace Ambassador in youth and community profiles.
